InterEcho serves as Hyundai’s transcreation partner as they strive to maintain and expand their multilingual brand presence in the U.S. After struggling to receive high quality translations through various vendors for years, Hyundai began searching for a new partner that could properly adapt their messaging and web copy to feel more authentic and native.
Working closely with Hyundai’s in-house branding team and their creative agency, Innocean, InterEcho was awarded the business to trancreate and maintain their website. We started by building linguistic style and brand guides to ensure consistency across copy, and we integrated directly to Hyundai's back-end site infrastructure to drive efficiencies and decrease the overall time needed to keep the Korean site in-sync with the main English version.
